With over 15 years in marketing in corporate IT and an MBA background, she bridges strategy and spirituality to guide purpose-driven leaders into identity-based transformation and sustainable growth. After navigating a personal health breakdown and a corporate layoff, she fully stepped into her calling - equipping others to rise, rebuild, and lead with clarity and conviction.
She is the creator of The ABC Way (Always Be Connected), a transformational framework designed to align identity, elevate leadership, and multiply impact across every area of life.
Through her initiatives—Faith In Destiny, Lead to Elevate, and The United in Success Alliance—Veronique equips leaders to not only succeed, but to become the kind of leaders who multiply their impact in others.

How It All Started...
Life Is Not About Waiting For The Storm To Pass; It's About Learning To Dance In The Rain - Vivian Green
In 2016, I reached rock bottom in my life. I felt hopeless, depressed, and less than a woman. I did not understand why all the things I was going through were happening to me. Regardless of all the efforts and energy I put into getting better, I was just drowning. Little did I know, it was just the beginning of a long and dark journey.
My only way out was seeking a higher power and that was the year I started my journey with God. Along the way, I have learnt from His love, wisdom and peace. In July 2018, I celebrated my birthday and spiritual rebirth as I gave God my life. That same month, my husband and I were blessed with the beginning of our pregnancy.
All I had was good intentions and love in abundance. I knew I had so much good to give to people around me yet I did not know how and where to start. God led the way and here I am today, humbled and honored to serve YOU!
Her Why
I am a blessed woman who strive to be at my best, healthiest and highest version of me. I am thankful for all the people and opportunities to spend memorable moments with loved ones because all we have left is memories.
I am grateful for my dark seasons and all the lessons I have learnt. I embrace and cherish my good seasons even more striving to find balance between my family, friends and professional career.
Today, the most important thing for me is to authentically and genuinely spread love, kindness and peace around me. What matters to me is to be a light in your life and season.
I want to help Leaders - anyone with a heartbeat is a Leader - take their life, business and relationships to the next level. I encourage anyone and everyone to focus on building their own pillar so they can stand strong on their own, and stronger when with someone else. For the challenges I overcame, my heart leans particularly to women.

When people interact with me they get confused by my appearance and multicultural background.
I am a proud Hmong French & American citizen of the world who lives in South Florida and speaks 4 languages.
At the age of 19, I was determined to do whatever it takes to come and live in Miami, FL, city of my heart.
My husband and I graduated from Canisius University in Buffalo, NY and we are proud Buffalo Bills Fans.
Our son was born in 2019 right before Covid and now prays God to help him with eating his vegetables.
With lots of determination, hard work and also grace, I am blessed to live with my family where my heart belongs.
